Delete your FORM4 account
Use this page to delete your FORM4 account without the app. It removes your sign-in identity and everything in your cloud backup. It cannot be undone, and FORM4 keeps no copy to restore from.
How it works
- Sign in with the same email and password, or the same Google account, you use in FORM4.
- Check that the email shown is the account you want to delete.
- Type DELETE and confirm. The deletion happens immediately.
What is deleted
Your sign-in identity and email address; every workout, program, custom exercise and machine setup in the cloud backup; the profile you entered during onboarding.
What is not deleted
Data still on your phone. Deleting from the web does not reach the app on the device: uninstall FORM4, or clear its storage, to remove the local copy. Files you exported yourself stay where you saved them.
